Cancellation policy

Etnahills applies three standard cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate and Rigid). The terms and conditions of cancellation can be consulted directly on the page of the selected advertisement on the Etnahills.com website
Please note that failure to present or cancel the reservation before the start will result in the payment of the full amount without any kind of reimbursement.
In case of bad weather or other causes independent of our organization, some excursions or activities may be modified and will be at the discretion of the organizer.

  • Flexible: this service provides for the total reimbursement of the sum paid for cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in. Please note that non-participation in the activity or non-cancellation of the booking before the start will not be reimbursed in any way. The services on the platform are offered for sale by suppliers who have different cancellation policies.
  • Moderate: Some organizers may have different cancellation policies: in this case, the cancellation conditions of the organizer, indicated in the description of the product you wish to book, apply. We advise you to always read carefully the description of the cancellation policies of suppliers.
  • Rigid: this service does not provide any type of reimbursement after purchase. Please note that non-participation in the activity or non-cancellation of the booking before the start will not be reimbursed in any way. The services on the platform are offered for sale by suppliers who have different cancellation policies.
